When generating shipping documents or querying an order in the Shipping Transactions form , the following error is sometimes raised:

ERROR

APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=<ccid> CODE=<code> SET=<set>

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping > Transactions
3. Query the order number.
4. Error is raised.
