Consensus Approval is Not Working in HR. It is behaving like Parallel. Requirement is that all approver in specific Approver group should approve transaction.

Consensus Approval is Not Working in HR. all approver in specific Approver group should approve transaction.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up based on the document:
How to Setup Consensus Voting Method in AME (Doc ID 2324589.1)
2. Submit the user
3. Try to approve one approver but there is another notification is coming.
4. Can not proceed further.
