Review Changes Screen Need To Be Resisezd When Simultaneous Changes Are Done Against To Same Object (Doc ID 2483392.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an user has updated a shipment at same time with other, user gets Error message and asks review the changes. Changes window is not showing the changes until it's resized.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Changes window should be visible without resizing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit a shipment from 2 instances (could be also the same user).
2. Make any change from both instances.
3. Save from instance 1.
4. Save from instance 2 >> when trying to view the changes the window need to be resized.
