Symptoms

When attempting to upload a record from the 'Download to spreadsheet' in Compensation Workbench, the following error occurs:

BEN BEN_92788_TASK_INACCESSIBLE : You do not have access to make updates at this time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Compensation Workbench for Managers.
2. Attempt to upload a record.
Error occurs.
