Symptoms

Unable to enter the minus value in 'Total Income Adding Amount' field in 'ShakaiHoken,Shotokuzei-tou ni kansuru Jouhou' form .  

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open 'People' forms
    (N) People - Enter and Maintain

  2.  Click (B)Assignment and Open 'Assignment' forms
     
  3.  Click (B)SI, Income Tax and Open 'ShakaiHoken,Shotokuzei-tou ni kansuru Jouhou' forms

  4. Select ITax YEA2 tab

  5. Try to enter the minus value in 'Total Income Adding Amount' field
