Plan is expired. Main Appraisee is a ex-employee and the appraisal is in pending approval status that needs to be set to COMPLETED. There is not a record in WF_ROLES table for this Main Apprasiee that is a ex-employee as the Workflow has been purged. Need to close out the appraisal.
