Using Process Order API or Sales Order Form To Create Orders Intermittently Causing Blocking Session at FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_USERS Table (Doc ID 2485855.1)

Blocking session occurring at table FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_USERS when using the Process Order API (oe_order_pub.Process_Order) or the Order Management Sales Order form to create orders.
Multiple sessions trying to update same row causing the issue. Process Order API is running in parallel and will call at the same time for creating multiple orders.

Below is the sql received from the DBA team for blocking session.
