Actual:
Accessing the buyer work center or iProcurement Catalog Administrator results in errors.
Expected:
Buyer work center and iProcurement Catalog Administrator should not have errors as the users are accessing the pages.

1. Purchasing - Buyer Work Center - Orders - Orders
2. Find that there are errors upon opening the buyer work center.

Upgrade to 12.2.8 has occurred and now the buyer work center does not open.
