Problem Statement:

If a backdated leave is applied for an employee in the last pay period of the previous financial year, the start date in SOE of Quickpay for that particular assignment record of the employee is being incorrectly displayed. The net payment is correctly calculated even when the wrong date is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply leave in the last pay period of previous financial year
    e.g.
     Type: Annual Leave
     Actual Start: 25-JUN-2018 08:30
     End: 25-JUN-2018 17:30
     Duration: 7.2 hours
     Associated Element: Annual Leave Absence
     Running Total: 2055.8
     In Current Year: 126 Hours
  2.  Run Quick RetroPay (Enhanced) and Quick Pay for the assignment.
  3.  SOE shows that if the leave is in the last pay period of the previous financial year, the start date in the SOE is not as required. It should be 25-JUN-2018 whereas the date which is being displayed is 01-JUL-2018

     Leave Taken
     Absence Type: Annual Leave
     Start Date: 01-JUL-2018
     End: 25-JUN-2018
