Goal

Depreciation Projection Report(FASPRJ) does NOT show CIP Asset.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Add CIP Asset

2. Increase Cost via (N)Assets > Asset Workbench - [Source Line]

3. Run Projections on (N)Depreciation > Projections

Result: Depreciation Projection Report does NOT show CIP Asset.
