Personalization: HTML/framework (OAF) forms Do Not Allow definition type of "Special Validation" for the Value Set (Doc ID 2487950.1)

Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module, a value set defined as special validation type is needed for the Customer Information Descriptive Flexfield. (DFF)

Defining the value set with a validation type of 'Special' would allow some complex SQL to be called.   This would allow checking the format of the value in attribute1.
Value Sets can be defined with a validation type of 'Special' for standard Oracle forms.   The definition of 'Special' is not allowed for the HTML or framework forms (OAF).
