As a prerequisite for using the equipment lease, the required set up for Inventory is as follows:
1. Define Item master
2. Define Item Type "Equipment" or "Equipment item"  
3. Define Item status "Lease"
4. Define Item Template (Optional)
5. Define Items and associate Item Type, Item status to the Item (directly or by applying the template created)
