EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System is expected to show the same primary/transaction quantity between material transaction and related lot transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate Transactions>Material Transactions
3. Select Organization
4. Query corresponding problem transaction
5. Observe Material transaction window shows primary quantity different than Primary and Transaction quantity on Lot/Serial window
