On : 12.2.5 version, HTML Orders

When attempting to navigate to Distributions and
update or enter information like Project,Task and Exchange rate and
click on Apply button.


the following error occurs.

ERROR

po.plsql.PO_VALIDATIONS.VALIDATE_SET.-110: C_PROJECT_INFO Cause: A SQL error
has occurred in po.plsql.PO_VALIDATIONS.VALIDATE_SET.. The SQL error is
ORA-01403: no data found. Action: Take note of both this error number and the
actions you were trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for
further assistance. ,


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to purchasing responsibility -> Buyer Work Center
2. Navigate to distributions screen
3. Update project details

Due to this issue, users cannot get project details updated on distributions
