Symptoms



After applying 1099 patch for the 2018 year when trying to run the 1099 Forms PDF Report, a warning message is shown in the Log File and no output is created.

oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: XML Publisher output file not created




Changes

 Applied the latest 1099 patch for Payables.
