Symptoms

The Cross Validation Rules ares not working and hanging forms.

There are around 43000+ Cross Validation Rules lines.

Then applied patch 27697277:R12.FND.C.

Due to some Forms Personalizations, the profile is set: Flexfields:Validate On Server = No

The forms hangs after entering an account and have to cancel the session.
