Symptoms

When running the PRC: Create Accounting program, the Subledger Accounting Program Report shows the rejection below for Revenue Adjustments:

Error Number = 95318
Error Message = The account code combination id 0 specified for line x does not exist.
Please use a valid account code combination id for the subledger journal entry line.
