A Value Must be Entered for File Path Error When Hitting the Enter Key to Browse for a File to Upload

Symptoms
When attempting to user the Enter key to browse for a file to upload in iRecruitment, the following error occurs.
The issue occurs to both internal and external users.

Form validation failures:
A value must be entered for "File Path".
A value must be entered for "File Type".
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility System Administrator.
3. N-> Profile-> System.
4. Set the system profile Self Service Accessibility Features to Screen Reader Optimized for a user.
5. Log on to the Applications as the user.
6. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Employee Candidate (or iRecruitment External Candidate).
7. Go to My Account.
8. Click the button Add Another Document (or click Enter after hitting tab until it gets to the button).
9. Click the tab button until it gets to the Browse button.
10. Hit Enter.
