Goal

How to Default Item Attachments On Sales Order Line

Users have a requirement to have attachments created for certain item related instructions which should get defaulted on Sales Order Lines.
When checked the existing functionality and could see that attachments created at IO level on the item. However on further testing, users could not see these attachments applied at Sales Order lines when this item is entered on the Sales Order Line.

Another way users tried was to have the automatic attachments set at Sales Order line level for Inventory item level. However, this causes the problem that the attachment is applied for all Inventory Orgs even though users want it only for our IO or OU.


How to restrict attachments to IO or OU levels.
