When running Create Accounting, Accounting Program ended with the following error.

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_AE_JOURNAL_ENTRY_PKG.AdjustMpaLine. ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

Due to this issue, users cannot create accounting for the transactions, then cannot close accounting period.


The issue can be reproduced at will if users instance has the following condition and first time to run create accounting:
1. The sequence values "XLA_EVENTS_S" and "XLA_AE_HEADERS_S" are close.

Current sequence values can be confirmed by this query
select sequence_name, last_number from dba_sequences where sequence_name in ('XLA_EVENTS_S', 'XLA_AE_HEADERS_S');

2. User setup MPA(Multi Period Accounting).
