On : 12.1.3 version, WMS, Shipping & Transportation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a problem with repricing flow in case of partial shipment.
If order lines is fully shipped then calculate flag remains as "calculate" therefore after reprice new price will be used
If order line is partially shipped then calculate flag changes to "Partial Price " and reprice at fulfillment will not pull new base price.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Keep the correct value for 'Calculate Price', during the split
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an order
2. Partially ship the order
3. Repricing is not done when the Repricing at fulfillment flow is used
