On : 12.2.7 version, Forms for App Technology
Getting a Dialog Box with FRM-40400 message box and we have to click on OK after submitting.
Testing upgrade to R12.2.7.
Noticed getting a Dialog Box with FRM-40400 message box and have to click on OK after submitting a concurrent request.
This only happens on the first concurrent request for a session.
The issue goes away, but comes back the next time when logging into Forms.
