12.2 E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway Users Cannot Find Centralized Password Framework Integration Profile Option "MANUAL_PWD_RESET" During ASADMIN Set Up For EBS REST Services

E-Business Suite 12.2 Integrated SOA Gateway, Documentation related issues
Cannot find profile option "MANUAL_PWD_RESET" during set up of ASADMIN for EBS 12.2.5 REST Web Services.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using <Note 1311068.1> - Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1)
-- Section 3: Enabling ASADMIN User with the Integration Administrator Role

2. Click Reset Password next to the "ASADMIN" user to open the Reset Password window. Make sure that the ASADMIN password is at least eight characters long.
Note: Before resetting the password, ensure that the MANUAL_PWD_RESET profile option is enabled.
3. Searching in PROFILE > SYSTEM for "Manual Password Reset Enabled" or "Internal Name: MANUAL_PWD_RESET" Profile Option
Users are unable to follow the above steps, as the "Manual Password Reset Enabled" Profile Option is not displayed as instructed in Section 3 of 1311068.1.
On EBS 12.2.5 the Profile Option Definition does not exist, but checking a 12.2.6 EBS Instance shows the following:
