Terminate Employee Received APP-HXT-39023: Associated Timecard When TimeCard Ends On Final Process Date

On : 12.2.5 version, Terminations
Unable to terminate the Person Record Because Of Associated Timecard" .
We are unable to terminate the HR record and displaying the below error message with the effective date 21st Dec i.e weekend date
Note: After 21st Dec there is no timecard.
The payroll period is 15 Dec to 28th Dec 2018 and the 21st entries are still open till 28th Dec.
But the system is not accepting as the final close date is 28th Dec and it is allowing on 29th DEC. But the expected behavior it should allow on 28th Dec.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Manager > People > Enter and Maintain
2. Find Employee
3. Click Others > End Employment
4. Fill in dates and click Terminate > Error received
