"Search for" Drop Down Menu Missing on Process Parameter (Doc ID 2498111.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new batch process the drop down menu to enter process parameters is missing.

This can be seen using the following steps:

Step1: Business Process Automation > Power Data >General> Batch Process> Create New Batch Process
Step2: Entered batch process ID , Sequence, Process Action ID = Data Query
Step3: clicked on "i" to enter Process Parameters
Step4: Process Parameter Page opens, "Search For" section has no drop down menu.
