java.lang.NullPointerException while Importing BPA Using PDOI (Doc ID 2498219.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, HTML Orders

While trying to view the line details for an Imported BPA from buyer work center, the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
You have encountered an unexpcted error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

and the Exception details show the following:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.po.document.server.PoItemAttributesRenderCmd.prepareSpelForSupplierUrl(PoItemAttributesRenderCmd.java:365)
at oracle.apps.po.document.server.PoItemAttributesRenderCmd.prepareSpelAttributes(PoItemAttributesRenderCmd.java:153)



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import a BPA using PDOI
2. Go to BWC and query the BPA and attempt to view the line details
3. Error occur

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the details of an imported BPA.
