Need to Add New Gender in the List of Values for California

Goal
On standard Oracle HRMS Form under People Enter and Maintain (PERWSHRG.fmb), currently there are three values under the field "Gender" 1) Male, 2) Female and 3) Unknown Gender.
In order to comply with California state regulations, there needs to be one more value called (N - Non Binary).
Does Oracle have a patch available for to address the Gender List of Values to include (N - Non Binary)?
