Symptoms

Assignment costing records are created that exceed proportion 100%.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Manager Self-Service
  2.  Go to Assignment Costing
  3.  Create costing with proportion 100%
  4.  Create another costing with proportion 100%
  5.  Manager approves both requests
  6.  Run Workflow background process
  7.  2 assignment costing created totaling proportion=200%.
