On : 12.2.6 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The BPA's (Blanket Purchase Agreements) are created with non catalog item with supplier item field populated. When these items are added to the cart, the description can be changed.
When using item from Master Items, the description change is possible only when the flag ALLOW_ITEM_DESC_UPDATE_FLAG is checked in Master Items.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect not to be able to change the description in the non catalog item from BPA's.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create BPA with line non catalog.
2. Search in iProcurement
Description is updatable.
