Depot Repair: Users Are Getting An Error While Trying To Enter Or Book A Logistic Line

Symptoms
In the Depot Workbench, users are getting a series of errors while trying to Enter or Book a Ship Line.
The item is assigned to the Service Organization and it is also assigned to the Item Master.
Errors:
* Error 1:
Error messages from Order Management
* Error 2:
This Customer's PO Number is referenced by another order
* Error 3:
The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified.
Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination.
* Error 4:
Item Validation Resulted in error(s).
* Error 5:
CS_DB_ERROR
(PROG_NAME=Cs_Charge_Create_Order_PVT.Update_Errors)
(SQLCODE=-60) (SQLERRM=ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception)
Steps:
1. From the Repair Order select the Logistics tab.
2. Select the Ship line and process it to Booked status
3. Select Process Transaction
4. Select Automate order processing steps through 'Book Order'
5. Click Process button
