Not Able To Update Primary Party Address In Contact Center (Doc ID 2506822.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Contact Center form, under the Addresses tab, the "Identifying Address" button is not displayed. As a result of that, is not possible to change the primary customer address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be possible to edit customer information and change the primary party address

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contact Center
2. Look for a customer
3. Select the Addresses tab
4. There is no option to change the primary party address
