Symptoms
On 12.1.3 with R12.PJ_PF.B.DELTA.7:
Unable to update "% Complete" for any task if "As of Date" is greater than or equal to project percent complete as of date of 10/06/2018.
Percent Complete form:
Project Number = <Project Number>
-Project Percent Complete:
% Complete = 0
As of Date = 10/06/2018
-Task Percent Complete:
Task Number = <Task Number>
As of Date = 10/25/2018
Try to change "% Complete" to 50, get error:
If trying to change the Project "% Complete", I get this error:
"APP-FND_01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of vales that must be unique for every record."
