Unable to use Comma separator in the Currency Field (Doc ID 2507384.1)

Symptoms

OTM is being used in French. When displaying currency fields in a result grid, the dollars and cents are separated by a comma. using attribute currency fields and user set them up to be able to edit them.
When the user try to enter values in, since user see comma user use a comma, but user geting an error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Setup OTM to use French Language
2. Navigate to the field that display currency values
3. using attribute currency fields set them to be editable.
4. try to enter values with comma in currency field, getting error.
