On 12.1.3 version, SUPPORT
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When logging into E-Business suite applications from (https://<hostname>/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp the logo is missing from the login page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
For the logo to appear.
