ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contingent worker time card imported with wrong transaction currency in Projects

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction currency should be INR (Purchase Order currency).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Create a Purchase Order (PO) in currency INR.
2.  Create time card for Australia Operating Unite  Project
3.  Run Transaction Import to Projects and check the transaction currency in Projects.
