Incorrect error is raised when Return to PO after View Requisition

1. Byers Work Center (BWC)
2. Search PO
3. Navigate to Lines Tab
4. Line Details
5. Action - View Requisition
6. Requisition Summary
7. Click link Return to line
Getting error - You cannot update a cancelled or finally closed line.
1. Byers Work Center –
2. Same PO, navigate to Distributions
3. Action - View Requisition
4. Requisition Summary
5. Click link Return to Distribution
Getting Error - You cannot update this distribution because the corresponding &LINE_LOCATION_TYPE is either canceled or finally closed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Return to PO should not raise this error since there was no update
