Personal Payment Method Is Not Updating (Doc ID 2508923.1)

User is unable to update Personal Payment method. Get a message when trying to save: 'Do you want to save the changes you have made?". User clicks yes, and the same message keeps coming back and the record is not saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open employee personal payment method
2. Update bank details for an existing payment method.
3. Attempt to save and the application gets stuck in a loop, asking 'Do you want to save the changes you have made?" and never saves.
