Symptoms

The create_all.sh script is not executing correctly in several environments running Oracle Linux 5 and 6 with the same results.

It stops prior to asking the Enter key to be pressed to start creating OTM schemas.

Even with changing shells from Bash to Korn it exhibits the same behavior.
