ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issues are observed in the create accounting program for AR. The performance issue appeared after applying the delta 6 patch 26646208:R12.OKL.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Create accounting program should complete in reasonable time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In an environment where OLFM 12.2 delta 6 patch 26646208:R12.OKL is applied, run create accounting. Performance issue will be encountered.
