Error "ORA-20000: This feature is not available during online patching." Occurs When Defining an Element using the Earnings Template (Doc ID 2511316.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to create an element using the Earnings template, following error occurs.

ORA-20000: This feature is not available during online patching. Please wait until the current online patch has completed and then try again.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_AD_ZD_SEED_WRAPPER", line 125

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20000.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as US HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to Earnings form
     (N) Total Compensation > Basic > Earnings
  3.  Enter the information and save.
  4.  Error occurs.
