Unable To 'View Details' For Pending Request Sets (Doc ID 2513063.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 22549247: ‘CP CONSOLIDATED BUG FOR 12.1.3.3’ when a user clicks on the ‘View Details’ button for a Pending Request set, it opens the ‘Update Request Set’ window to run another request set.

It is expected to open the Details window.

As a workaround, the user can manually put the Pending request set ‘On Hold’ and choose ‘View Details’ then, remove the Hold.

This also occurs on older 12.2 releases.
