Unable To 'View Details' For Pending Request Sets (Doc ID 2513063.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 22549247: ‘CP CONSOLIDATED BUG FOR 12.1.3.3’ when a user clicks on the ‘View Details’ button for a Pending Request set, it opens the ‘Update Request Set’ window to run another request set. 

This is expected. To get to 'View Details', the user can manually put the Pending request set ‘On Hold’ and choose ‘View Details’.
