"Update With Excel" Of PO Shipment Can Not Display Flexfield Value Correctly in BWC (Doc ID 2513389.1)

Precondition

PO shipment DFFs (attribute1, attribute2) are used, and if a PO with below DFF value:
Context: STANDARD
attribute1: <null>
attribute2: 3

Actual Behavior
Update the shipment information by "Update With Excel", DFF value is not shown as below.

Context: STANDARD
attribute1: <null>
attribute2: <null> --if the default value exists, the default value is displayed.

Expected Behavior
Update the shipment information by "Update With Excel", DFF value should be shown correctly as bellow.

Context: STANDARD
attribute1: <null>
attribute2: 3

Steps to Reproduce

Search the Purchase Order in Buyer Worker Center
Go to the PO Schedules tab
Click "Update With Excel" to download the shipment by excel, DFF value is shown incorrectly
