Symptoms
When attempting to insert/update/delete a 'Row Level Event' for the table 'PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F', the following error occurs:
APP-PER-289140: You may only enter or modify generic type startup data when using API in generic mode
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login under UK HRMS Manager
2. (N) Other Definitions - Table Event Updates - search for table PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F, primary key=user_column_instance_id
3. Try to insert/update/delete
