On 12.2.7 version,
When attempting to CLICK on ECC Developer responsibility in Oracle EBS, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on ECC developer responsibility
2. See the page not found error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the ECC Developer responsibility
