Bad Performance on RetroPay Enhanced Results Page Causes Failure of Web Server Bridge Error (Doc ID 2517022.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Performance issue is observed when searching in RetroPay Enhanced Results page, and the following error occurs after 5 minutes.

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set of OFF or method not idempotent.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to View > RetroPay Enhanced Results
  3.  Search without populating the "Effective Date From" field.
  4. After 5min, the error occurs.
