Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Performance issue is observed when searching in RetroPay Enhanced Results page, and the following error occurs after 5 minutes.
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set of OFF or method not idempotent.
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set of OFF or method not idempotent.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
- Go to View > RetroPay Enhanced Results
- Search without populating the "Effective Date From" field.
- After 5min, the error occurs.
