Symptoms
Unable to Make The Correct Selections Within Manage Appointments Screen.
Navigate to Operational Planning > Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Managers.
The Location Finder Screen returns, Search and Locate the Location Needed for the Appointment.
Once the Location Screen returns, click the Actions Button and select Manage Appointments.
(a) Attempt to block a Dock Door horizontally, by selecting multiple non-adjacent slots and save, the selected slots and all slots in between them are also selected.
(b) Attempt blocking a time slot vertically, by selecting all dock doors for the time period and hit save, only the last slot selected will be saved/blocked.
