ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One discrete job cannot be completed although there are 'Move transactions' against this job and quantity was moved to the last operation of the job.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to complete the job.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Navigate to Completion Transactions form.
3. Enter the Job number.
4. The "Available to Complete" field shows 0 quantity.
