Update Descriptive Flexfield on an approved purchase requisition line without re-submitting the Requisition for approval.

A purchase requisition is in approved status, there is a DFF called 'priority' on the Requisition line which has a value.
Need to update the DFF value without going through re-approval or Req. status change.
