Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to open Personal Information From Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service ,Page load takes 4 to 5 minutes. Issue started after upgrading to 12.2.x

This issue may also happen When entering dependent information using Employee Self-Service.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Using 'Employee Self-Service' or 'Manager Self-Service' responsibility open Personal Information page
  2.  Performance issue occurs.
  3.  This issue also happens while updating Dependant information using  Employee Self-Service -> Personal Information function.

Changes

 Upgraded to R12.2.6
