Symptoms

When attempting to interface some trip stops, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Errors are shown in the interface trip stop (ITS) log file.

Actual Departure Date of Trip Stop in batch xxxxx is NULL
  Actual Departure Date of Trip Stop is NULL in batch ==> xxxxx
  Error at line ==>  nnnnn

Unexpected error has occured. Oracle error message is ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("INV"."MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE"."TRANSACTION_DATE")
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Shipping > interfaces > Run
2  Run interface trip stop for the problematic trip stops with debug enabled per <Document 290432.1>
3. ITS completes with warning
4. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
5. Review Sales Order Analyzer report <Document 2038363.1> and see that the planned departure date has a NULL value.
